We stayed here Sept 29 - Oct 6 2007, and had a wonderful time. The food was reasonably good, the staff were fantastic (especially Antonio, our bartender in the lounge and Mario at the beach club), and the rooms were comfortable and clean. If you're expecting a five star, then book one elsewhere and pay for it, but if a more authentic Mexican getaway is what you're after you wont be dissapointed at the Hacienda. The beach is only 2 blocks away, and the Hotel beach club there is great. Would return in a heartbeat!

To General Manager, Hacienda Hotel & Spa

I will like to personally commend the night staff of 12/9/07 for their professionalism & courteous service. As a guest at your hotel on 12/9/07 my husband and I were celebrating my 50th birthday.  I was preparing to have the hotel for a night out on the town when a mishap occurred.  The zipper of my dress broke, I hd no other dress to wear and it seemed that I would have to cancel my dinner reservations & any plans for the evening.

Fortunately the evening office manager, his secretary (Mariella) and a young lady in housekeeping would not allows my special night to be a disappointment.  Those three individuals manage after several attempts, to fix my dress so that I could wear it.  The office manager called the restaurant (the Blue Shrimp) and changed dinner reservations to a later time.  I would like to thank those three individuals; because of them my 50th Birthday celebration was wonderful.  I will highly recommend Hacienda to all my friends because of the excellent service I received.  In my opinion the Hacienda staff mentioned above went beyond the call of duty in their willingness to assist me.  Because of their dedication my birthday celebration went on as planned. I wish to commend them and express my gratefulness for their timely service to me on that evening.

We wants to thanks the entire staff, manager, servers, everyone - prompt,  polite, efficient.

We had a great experience & would recommend this hotel.  We have been here at least 10 times and this visit was one of the best, GRACIAS!!
