Prepared with poblano chili pepper and coriander, touch of light cream, corn grain and crotons.

Chicken breast stuffed with meagre beef and dry fruit accompanied of apple and thyme sauce.

PORK  FILET
Grilled pork medallions with fresh orange cubes and sweet peppers.

Accompanied with tomatoes sauce and sea food, aromatized with fresh oregano and bell peppers. 

GROUPPER FISH FILET A LA TAY
Grilled fresh fish filet with tequila sauce, served with rice and season vegetables.

Grilled beef served with garlic mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables, rosemary and red wine sauce.

BEEF AND CHICKEN MIXED BURRITO
Mixed fajita wrapped in flour tortilla, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese accompanied with beans and avocado.
