Excellent Experience and Amazing Staff

If you are looking for a smaller, authentic Mexican hotel with excellent food and amazing staff who treat you like family, the Hacienda Buenaventura Hotel is the place to be! It was like a private oasis in the middle of PV

Charm, service and cleanliness!

What a great little gem of a place! We were initially apprehensive about location on the main highway but we heard no traffic. Staff were fantastic and eager to be of service. Lovely building with abundant character and kept impeccably clean.

Great place to stay!! Will definitely come back. The food was great and the special events were excellent. The beach was wonderful with the food and the drinks. Poncho the iguana was very entertaining.

Wonderful People

The rooms are very old but that’s all part of the charm the lovely staff there make it totally worth the stay and all the food tasted so fresh I would surely go back again if I were to visit Vallarta again!

Great value for a value price

I was happy to see that this resort property was a good value for the money paid. The staff was wonderful and friendly! The rooms are smaller then the more expensive hotels; however they are clean. This places magic is the staff! This hotel is not for you if like lots of options for food and activities . If you want a restful stay, this is the place

Another wonderful stay !

Such great value. The breakfast and lunch menus are great, as well as the specialty dinners. Both pool and beach club were busy every day, but neither felt crowded. Easy walk to the Marina, or to La Isla and the Old Town and Malecon is just a short, inexpensive bus ride away. I'll be back soon
