1. Introduction and Acceptance
Access to and use of our website www.haciendaonline.com.mx/en, as well as lodging in our facilities, implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using this site or contracting our services.
2. Rates
- All published rates are per person, per night, and include applicable taxes.
- Promotions and discounts apply only to reservations made through our official website.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- All rates are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). On our website you may view an estimated conversion to your local currency for informational purposes only. The final charge will be processed in USD, and the amount in your local currency may vary depending on the exchange rate and policies of your financial institution at the time of the transaction.
3. Guest Registration
- Every person staying at this establishment must register on the registration card, which will be managed by the hotel staff.
- By registering, the guest accepts the conditions of stay and agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Minors cannot check-in without the company of an adult who is legally recognized as their guardian or family member.
4. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time: 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out time: 12:00 p.m.
- A 60-minute grace period is allowed. After that time, an additional night’s rate will be charged.
- For guests arriving between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., the previous night will be charged.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges (please consult reception).
5. Reservations
- Reservations can be made online, through the call center, or directly at the hotel.
- A deposit is required according to the deposit policy in effect for the season.
- Upon check-in, a valid government-issued photo ID is required. For minors, an identity document must be provided to prove their relationship to the family.
- Reservations cannot be made under the name of a minor as the holder.
- Fraudulent reservations or those made with false information will not be accepted.
6. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- Cancellations made within the advance period specified in your reservation policy will not incur charges.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge according to the cancellation policy of the promotion purchased, which will be informed at the time of booking.
- During peak seasons and special dates (Christmas, New Year’s, Easter), stricter policies will apply, which will be communicated at the time of reservation.
7. Minimum Stay
Depending on the season, the hotel may require a minimum number of nights per stay.
8. Occupancy and Children Policy
- Children 0 to 12 years old: considered minors and will be charged the rate established according to the season.
- Teenagers 13 to 17 years old: pay the adult rate but will not have access to alcoholic beverages or activities restricted to legal adults.
- Extra adult: an additional charge will apply depending on occupancy and seasonality, provided the room capacity allows it.
9. Payment Methods
- Credit and debit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
- Cash payments in Mexican pesos (MXN) are also accepted at the front desk.
10. Hotel Liability
- Hacienda Buenaventura is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of belongings.
- Pets are not allowed.
11. Guest Behavior
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests and our staff.
- The following are strictly prohibited:
- Disturbing order or causing inconvenience to other guests.
- o Creating scandals, provoking fights, or introducing musicians.
- Playing loud music in public areas, pool, beach, hallways, or rooms.
- Gambling or engaging in any illegal activity.
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel a stay, without refund, in cases of:
- Excessive noise or disturbances.
- Offensive, violent, or inappropriate conduct.
- Use of illegal substances.
- Damage to facilities or furnishings.
- In case of loss of wristbands, room keys, towel cards, minibar keys, and/or safe keys, the corresponding fee established by reception will be charged.
- No person has the right to provide accommodation to another without prior consent from Management. Additional guests or service staff must register and pay the corresponding rate. The room holder will be responsible for their conduct.
12. Payment Default
In case of non-payment by the guest, the hotel will proceed in accordance with Article 2331 of the Civil Code of the State of Jalisco.
13. Anti-Smoking Law
In compliance with the General Law for Tobacco Control, smoking is prohibited in hotel rooms and enclosed spaces, maintaining 100% smoke-free areas.
- The minimum fine established by law is 1,000 times the daily minimum wage, and the maximum is 10,000 times the same; in case of recurrence, the fine may be doubled and authorities will be notified.
- The hotel reserves the right to charge a fee of US $100 (one hundred dollars) for cleaning services if smoking is detected in rooms.
14. National Code of Conduct for the Protection of Children and Adolescents
This establishment is committed to the National Code of Conduct for the Protection of Children and Adolescents in the Travel and Tourism Sector. Any activity that may involve presumed sexual or labor exploitation of minors will be reported immediately to the competent authorities.
15. Website Use
- The website may only be used to make legitimate reservations.
- Its use for illegal activities, unauthorized commercial purposes, or fraudulent reservations is strictly prohibited.
16. Intellectual Property
The design, content, photographs, and materials on this website are the property of Operadora de Hoteles Buenaventura, S.A. de C.V. (Hacienda Buenaventura Hotel & Mexican Charm) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
